Day 11 post septoplasty. Will that internal swelling go down?? I feel so conscious of it I know it is only 11 days out

Just been prescribed antibiotics and ointment for this. Anybody had similar? No bleeding; no fever; no severe pain; looks like whiteheads? Day 8 post septoplasty

Is this swelling/redness normal? Tomorrow is day 7 post op. My congestion as though it is relieving quite quickly however this is quite sore and so red it’s really obvious. Is it from the wiping when I am doing my saline rinses making it sore? How can I avoid this?
