what apex did me was wrong I left the forex prop firms cause of stuff like this firms not paying traders what they deserve. Trading is already hard but for apex to play me like that take 30k of eligible payout and tell me my account is closed cause ID is crazy and pervious to that I submit a US PASSPORT this is so wrong and I can’t even create a ticket of anything they completely took me off there website for Florida state issued ID and USA PASSPORT

They allowed me to trade till I got to 3900 to tell I’m not eligible maybe because they just didn’t want to 30000 bullshit any looking for prop firm don’t look at apex there the worst my account for a state ID are you serious and I submit a us passport before and I still can’t get verified. Please run from apex waste of time. And let’s not start with there wack live account no matter how much accounts you have you will be eligible for 1 account with 3k drawdown crazy yes I said it 1 account

Hello I’ve been trading with apex since April i believe finally made it 2600 now its saying this can someone give me advice im still waiting on customer service to reach back out I just did a few hours ago im sure they will reach out soon
