Anyone able/willing to share experiences of complaining to your employer that adjustments were not being put in place, maybe exposed to some form of harrasment, even discrimination or that your work is imposing unfair management on account of ADHD?

If you can share, did it go to formal grieveance and did it turn out you had resolution internally? Or did you go further?

I'm in that situation and want it to be sorted internally in the right way but I'm not optimistic.
