What do you eat on runs?

I’ve started breaking into longer distances which I’m super happy about, I have hydration and sun protection, but I have been getting super hungry and am not sure what to bring. Sometimes I stop at a local market on a run and get a sandwich, but that’s not an option on race day. I’m thinking about making my own granola bars, but I kinda would like to know what tried and true foods work for others

How do I turn off audio cues?

When I swipe up on the “record” page it says audio cues are on but then when I click to turn it off it shows all the settings are off.

It’s not crazy important it’s just starting to bug me that it won’t change
