Can anyone recommend a trustworthy independent shop in GJ/Montrose? I have an older Nissan Maxima I would like to keep up and running.

I’m about to start Tret, and have an Rx for Altreno. I wonder if it wouldn’t be better to ease in with a lower dose cream, though.
Has anyone here gone straight to .05% Altreno? Any tips for success?
I have mature, dry, highly sensitive skin. Been working my way through retinols and retinal with no issues. I’ve got my routine dialed.
