Alright here's a new issue im having. I noticed my print slipped to the side while I was printing even though it stayed stuck to the bed. I recently tightened the belt do to a code which seemed to solve the code, but after it slipped, i looked at the belts and on the x axis I say fraying. I looked at the back pulley with the motor and saw it was riding on the upper shoulder of the pulley. I cant tell if its a pulley issue, or what is going on. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

I was printing and all was going well, and then all of a sudden at the end of the print the print head slams into the cutter rod really hard 3 times, and then gives me a code cm2789 for all the axis's. I lube the system regularly and am trying to figure out what is going on. When I manually hit retract on the filament it cuts and retracts fine, but if I dont restart the printer and try to print after, it slides to the rear chute and slams against things and doesnt seem to map the bed correctly. When I restart the printer it auto levels fine and prints, but starts over at the end again. Am I missing something? This is the code I got. Thanks in advance!!
