For approximately 4-5 weeks ago, i finished treatment with permethrin. Two diffrent treatments one week apart. Since then I've still experienced itching, although slightly less than during the infestation. However, a week ago some tiny red bumps (about 1-2 mm across) appeared on my hands, and dissappeared just as fast. Yesterday and since, my hands started itching like crazy, and those tiny red bumps are back.

I am really unsure if i should start another treatment or give it time. Any ideas?
