Upkyp: Rental Property Management

Upkyp: Rental Property Management

Managing rental properties felt way too fragmented — listings in one place, leases in another, maintenance in a third, and payments/reconciliation somewhere else entirely. We built Upkyp to simplify that workflow into one system for landlords and property managers.

The product is designed around four layers:

  • List properties with complete details, without reposting across multiple platforms.
  • Manage leases, documents, and maintenance in an organized workspace.
  • Track performance with a live dashboard and historical reporting.
  • Pay through unique virtual accounts so rent can reconcile automatically.

Under the hood, the payment flow is built to reduce manual reconciliation. Each tenant gets a dedicated virtual account, payments are identified automatically, and transaction matching updates the ledger without constant bank-statement checks.

We’re currently building for landlords who want fewer spreadsheets, less follow-up, and cleaner operations. If you’re managing even a small portfolio.

Intererested people can join and connect:

I’m sharing this concept Founder Commons: a platform where startups can easily communicate, share ideas, and find collaborators without needing to rely on proprietary incubators, venture‑space ecosystems, or invite‑only founder clubs.

these programs offer real advantages: access to capital, structured mentorship, and credibility with partners and investors. But those benefits are often concentrated in a small, well‑connected group, leaving many hidden‑great founders on the outside simply because they lack the right introductions or “pedigree.” and this prototype aims to change that by giving them a fair, open space to show what they’re building and connect with others.

Founder Commons is designed to create a more open, democratic layer on top of those ecosystems: a space where founders can build trust, get practical feedback, and connect with collaborators based on what they’re actually shipping, not who endorsed them. This prototype is a starting point to prove that useful, structured founder collaboration can live outside gatekept, pay‑to‑play, or invite‑only environments.

This is a working prototype, not a fully launched product yet—so any feedback on flows, UX, or moderation design is very welcome. I can also share the prototype link if anyone would be interseted.
