Upkyp: Rental Property Management
Managing rental properties felt way too fragmented — listings in one place, leases in another, maintenance in a third, and payments/reconciliation somewhere else entirely. We built Upkyp to simplify that workflow into one system for landlords and property managers.
The product is designed around four layers:
- List properties with complete details, without reposting across multiple platforms.
- Manage leases, documents, and maintenance in an organized workspace.
- Track performance with a live dashboard and historical reporting.
- Pay through unique virtual accounts so rent can reconcile automatically.
Under the hood, the payment flow is built to reduce manual reconciliation. Each tenant gets a dedicated virtual account, payments are identified automatically, and transaction matching updates the ledger without constant bank-statement checks.
