These two photos are from a Hotline book used for English learning. The photos were taken as a part of photo-series named Victoria Road. The Victoria Road is fictitious whereas the shooting area is Epsom / Ewell. Could you please tell me where this photos were taken? I am also sharing the Youtube Video of the Hotline Story. If you can identify the places in each video episode that would be appreciated.

Episode 2: Banstead Leisure Centre (demolished) and residental area rebuilt
Episode 3: Interior shooting. Not identifiable
Episode 4: Successfully identified as McDonalds at Epsom High Street
Episode 5: Not Identified (Need your support )
Episode 6: Successfully identified as St Andrew's Catholic School in LeatherHead
Episode 7: Not Identified (Need your support )
Episode 8: Successfully identified as Stew Pond in Ashtead
Episode 9: Not Identified (Need your support )
Episode 10: Not Identified (Need your support)
Episode 11: No need. It is the epilogue.
