I recently got an offer from this company few days ago.
For those working in AboitizPower at Manager or Sr Manager level. What’s your base salary range? I have a feeling that I’m being low balled. The role level is for SM, offer is around 175k.
Any insights would help. Thank you!
EDIT: I’ll reply to each one of you but to provide additional context:
-my experience over 10 years doing strategy and transformation work in consulting
-my current salary is 170k (base pay)
-the offer is purely monthly base pay
-leaves are available after 1 year of service
-14th month pay and performance bonus is available after 6 months for eligibility
-HMO coverage is 150k which 250k less than my current
-When i leave i forfeit 1.5 month of salary for performance bonus for my current
-A bit confident that my experience/credentials are hard to find and expensive actually, that’s why im a bit disappointed with the offer (cant dislose my nature of work coz paranoid me thinks AP HR is lurking here hahaha. Pero let’s just say na it’s strategic HR work involved in change management, transformation delivery and capability development.
My plan is to get a close to accurate insight on SM rate at AP to know if they can afford the options I’ll give them for negotiations
