Building my daily home routine
Hey there so I've always done inconsistent home workouts but I'm looking to put together a comprehensive routine that won't leave me with any imbalances long term (such as only pushups but no counter excersise) the workouts I've decided to include are pushups, pullups/chinups, squats/lunges, and planks. What other body weight exercises would you recommend to complete this if any? I also have 2 25lb dumbells and a rowing machine that I will be using off and on but not part of this everyday workout routine. Thanks in advance for any advice or tips.
