1970s Italian horror, man fed to cult monster
I recall only a short snippit because I only saw it on a YouTube compilation a long long time ago.
From what I recall, one of the main characters is fed to a disgusting monster that is worshipped by a cult. I recall that maybe the monster is decorated (jewelry, gems, etc) by cult members. If I recall correctly, the main character was incapacitated and laying in sand watching his unfortunate demise of being fed to this disgusting creature.
The color vibrancy that I am recalling would be similar to Holy Mountain or to a spaghetti western film, so my brain wants to think it is possibly a 1970s or 80s Italian horror movie.
