The company will pay back your data due to the fundamental flaw in the app. Charging you more money than you are saving in discounts is fundamentally unethical, and they will apologize.
Please don’t submit a bill as though you were a vendor (supplier.relations@usaa.com).
This applies to both DriveSafe and SafePilot.
