Curious to know more about Johnson & Johnson, typically seeing more Finance and HR Roles, which I know that J&J here in the Philippines is more shared services. However, are there other roles here like operations, sales and marketing?

If so what are the typical rates for fresh grads here, what are the benefits and how is the culture and workload. Thanks!
