Legend says, you have to complain to RNG gods on Reddit and you will get the lead.

So, here I am complaining on not getting the last lead for Velothi Ur-Mage's Amulet. Killed probably 100+ bosses in Underweave PD (Lucent Cabochon) and no lead so far.

I am sure I will get it after I post it online. So, keep in touch for the further update!
