I just had a man try and return a wet/dry vacuum at the service desk. It was fully taped up as if new, but it smelled like poop. I put gloves on and open the box, and what do I see. Vacuum covered in poop

I’m a new seller and I’ve been watching one of my packages for the past week. USPS says that it’s been awaiting delivery for days now I so contacted the seller apologizing that it’s taking so long. They told me that they received the package already and it’s not missing. What do I do 😭
