I just found a store that is selling loose Neo Genesis and Neo Discovery for $300-$400 per pack, and PSA 8 graded Neo Discovery packs for right around the same price.

My prices might not be listed exactly but they were half of the prices online, and the PSA graded packs seemed to be like 10x cheaper than online?

i know absolutely nothing about vintage Japanese and barely anytbing about Japanese in general. I’d be extremely grateful for any and all advice.
