Account suspended and possibly hacked
I submitted an appeal on May 23 2026, I just woke up and saw that my account was suspended so immediately appealed. It's just been over a week, and still nothing. I made many attempts to log in on this original account on the app since I made a new account but that account got suspended too. But then when I tried logging in it said the username and password was wrong even though I'm 100% sure what I entered was correct. When I try to change password it's sending a verification link to an email that's not mine. I've still received nothing from the appeal, I've had this account for just over 3 years and i cant make new accounts since they get suspended too and the same logging in issue with the original account happens to the new accounts as well. However when I try logging in on the Instagram website, I'm able to. It only works on my phone and not on my pc. This account is linked to a Facebook account which got deactivated when my Instagram was initially suspended but for some reason I was able to activate my Facebook account again.
