Leaving the Church

I haven't officially submitted my paperwork to leave the church but I've decided it's time to go. I'm exploring another Christian "sect" because I still have faith in Jesus Christ as Lord, Savior, and God (Trinity). I am in a weird place however where my wife is in the relief society presidency and a church employee, which requires she have a temple recommend. I would love for her and our children to explore with me but at this time I think it's best I do this alone.

I ask y'all pray for me, those who are still believing and ask for y'all's support. I know I'll be in an uphill battle once I go public and I'll have EVERYONE under the sun telling me how wrong I am and bearing their testimony (emotionally too, to manipulate me) of the fact of the Mormon Church (Satan can have this one).

This group has been so helpful for me to learn and grow, each post sheds more light and reveals more of what is hidden. Thank you all again, I'll keep y'all posted on this journey.
