I see a pattern of e-bike models only lasting for about two years and then poof they're gone. This has already happened to the Jasion EB7 2.0.

I bought two of these bikes after tremendous research and review. After several months, they really are great bikes so far. But where's the replacement batteries?

All of a sudden everything to do with this bike has up and disappeared, and I can't find replacement parts (batteries specifically). I suspect this is the trend, perhaps to help avoid warranties? I'm not sure.

Two questions... 1) what to do if my battery fails and I can't replace it?

2. what are better brands that lol like they'll stick around and support their products for a long time?
