So I recently just had a baby in December so five months ago. Anyway this weekend our unit is taking the AFT and i’m wondering if i’d have to take it still even though i’m postpartum. I asked an NCO last drill and she told me i was not taking it since i just had a baby but im scared they’d make me take it anyway. I haven’t had time to work since having my kid since i’m a single mom and have her 24/7 and i also feel like five months since giving birth is not enough. When i was pregnant they tried making me take the ACFT even though i showed proof i was pregnant. Is it possible they’d make me take it anyway?
