When I got hired I was told a set amount of hours. I told him I relied on the hours for things and my first couple weeks it was perfect. slowly they’ve been decreasing. I picked up a second job but the hours at ulta still are significantly low and my second job only gives so much also. I’ve brought this up numerous times and I’m always told it’ll change but of course it doesn’t. I do my job and help out when I can. I’m good with loyalties, the only thing I think I could be better at is card signups but I’m not a fan of pushing people. I’m never late, never have called out. Newer people than me have called out and such things, seem to be fine. So I’m curious why they can get away with saying set hours, continue to tell me it will change, and keep screwing me over majorly. It is just an ulta thing or management? Would I have been told if I’m doing something to get a decrease in my hours?
