Is it just me or did BGS remove the rare dwellers in the lunchboxes? I've been trying to recreate a new vault several times. Since i want to restasrt a vault with old longfellow and a heavy wasteland gear as starting equips/ dweller but i have not gotten a single rare dweller yet from lunchboxes.
