How am i suppose to climb?

The matchmaking is atrocious in SEA, i get 3rd world players left n right. Typing in god knows what language with 1k lp playing with dia 4. Thats 1400 lp difference ????? Even when im inting i still carry harder than 5.5item adcs on my team.
