I was on workcover for 3 years and just got terminated. My workcover payments ceased at the 130 week mark but I was still covered by workcover for medical expenses. Does your annual leave and long service leave still accrue when you not working but still employed? I didnt have to use all of my leave last year as I wasn't on centrelink.

On the 29th of April I got a letter stating I was terminated due to incapacity. The date of termination is the 29th April. I have been locked out of all my work emails and roster on the 30th. In the letter it states I am to be paid in lieu 4 weeks and paid in lieu any remandeding leave. When would I get my final pay? Would it be within 7 days or straight away or would it be the next pay cycle which would be 2 weeks away .
Tia Edit: I just got paid $4,100. But that will now affect my centrelink payments so the payout is useless to me. Im so frustrated. 14 years .....for what.
