Looking to sublease my room at Gopher Commons! I pay about $675 a month, all utilities included besides electricity. We have 2 parking spots.

The period would be from August to New Year.

My current roommate is doing his PhD at the U and has a dog. He'd prefer if you didn't have a pet but we can be flexible.

Another friend of ours is subleasing his room until mid August but he will be back for the school year :)
