Greetings everyone!

I’ve recently gotten into collecting Build-A-Bears and have been trying to thrift mine instead of buying online or from resellers. I know thrifting is a mix of luck, timing, and patience, but I can’t help feeling a little discouraged at times.

I’d especially love to find some Star Wars or My Little Pony BABs, but I haven’t had much luck so far. I’ve seen some people say it took them years to find certain bears secondhand, so I’m trying to stay patient.

For those of you who do thrift BABs regularly, do you have any advice or tips? Things like what days you usually go, what stores tend to be best, or how you stay motivated when you leave empty-handed? Any advice or stories would be appreciated!
