I am planning to go the O1 route through an agent and this process is really new to me. First off how much does the whole process cost? How much do they charge and whats a resonable amount today?

Second, what should i know before filing my petition with agents? How do i present my case in my petition?

Third, what are some red flags i need to look for? I want to avoid any sketchy agents that could potentially be trying to scame me

I was considering waypoint for filing my eb2 niw. I work in the industry. I wanted a better understanding from folks who have worked with them, how efficient of a firm are they?
How is their communication? How long do they take to file from the beginning till the end?
Do they provide help with LORs in terms of content structuring and connections ?

Are there any other firms that are also better equipped to handle industry cases ?

I am considering having a consultation with waypoint. But need suggestions on who i should set up my consultation with since the initial consultation is a little expensive.

My work in the industry in AI and healthcare. Have a few first author reputable publications, peer reviews and leadership roles/ professional memberships. But no citations as of yet

I am working for a healthcare non profit and plan on filing eb2 NIW. Currently have a few publications. no citations as of yet. 10+ peer reviews and a judged a few hackathons. Hold membership in a analytics organisation.

I feel like i have a strong endevour. And can get some strong independent reference letters.
Chen and EP Rejected my profile. Does that mean my case is weak? Should i wait for more citations and then try again with chen or EP ? Or look for other lawyers ? Any lawyer suggestions?
