Is it true that O1 priemium processing petitions are taking longer than expected ? Has anyone received their decision with 15-20 days ? Or is it taking longer? Are they issuing premium processing fee refunds ?
Did any first time O1A recipeients go through the visa stamping from a US consulate? (COA approved in USA then travelled for stamping)

Has anyone used BCS/SCRS , beta gamma sigma for O1? Ive seen people on here saying USCIS rejected these memberships for EB1A. even IEEE senior is rejected for EB1A, but accepted for O1.
So would the above add value for my O1 criteria ?
