Should i take probiotics with Oregano Oil?

hey so i had h pylori infection and slow motility for years...incomplete evacuations which i really couldnt figure out what was the root cause...things like rifaximin would sometimes work for 1/2 days while taking it..but nothing concrete...got tested for h pylori tested postive and ive eradicated it...
4 weeks post h pylori treatment i did feel like my gut microbiome was shifting...a lot more mucs ot fabric type stuff in my poop...pipe like transparent structures (cylindrical floating structures)

h pylori infection had reduced my stomach acid production

but my issue hadnt yet been fixed...i have some symptoms of SIBO...like weight loss, cold hands and feet etc

so i tried oregano oil for a day and the incomplete evacuation is fixed

so ive heard a lot of about oregano oil causing unintended consequences...so i dont intend to take it for too long..my question is should i take probiotics with it...like if i have SIBO wont it be counterintuitive to add more probiotics

also should i be worried about the pipe like transparent mucus structures in poop..they arent long...they look like they were covering something...in size it looks like something that could cover your nail/and finger around it...actually hollow claw like structures

are there ppl who react bad to berberine but go well with oregano oil

i have mixed sibo...but berberine constipates me...i had h pylori...eradicated it...now my stomach acid has returned back to normal levels and has started change my gut microbiome...but taking berberine now constipates me way more than it used to before

antibiotics/ berberine/ or anything that kills bacteria or significantly alters microbiome hardens my stools.

i was wondering if oregano will do the same thing? or should i try it once

i reacted well to black seed oil

If you had issues of slow motility how long did it take to normalize after eradication

same as title..

also secondary question -- i think slow motility is caused by low stomach acid...so if a person has those..how long until the acid production goes back to normal after eradication
