need advice for court hearing
I, (16F) found out I was pregnant in August of 2025, after I had told my babys father (15M) he said we would figure it out, the next day we had to tell his parents, in front of me, my mom, and his dad, he said he didn't want anything to do with the child. About 4 months into my pregnancy, he became very rude and disrespectful towards me, calling me names multiple times if I did not do what he wanted. On multiple occasions, before I found out I was pregnant, he had put his hands on me and left bruises. He had accused me of cheating on him multiple times and creating accusations that the baby was not his. He said he attended all prenatal appointments when he had only attended three ultrasounds but was focused on his phone rather than being involved in hearing about our child's development and growth.
I am concerned about my baby's safety in their household environment. It is unsafe and unfit for a newborn. His parents have slapped and punched kids for unknown reasons, my child is 6 weeks old and I fear for her safety as she is to young to protect herself if she is put in a dangerous or life threatening situation.
I am left in a situation where I dont know what to do anymore. I need advice, I have no proof of any of this so I don't know if it will do anything by me stating what happened without proof.
