Planning to move in this condominium but I’m a bit hesitant because of the mixed reviews I’ve been seeing here, tho most reviews are about other pacific residences.

If you are/were a tenant of this specific condo, may I know your experience in staying here (management, maintenance, utility bills, etc.) I am aware of the “mandatory” 16k that they get from the initial 2 month deposit which is already questionable. Also, prepaid ba yung kuryente? How is the ventilation, water pressure, and garbage collection?

I’d like to hear your good and bad thoughts on this TY!
