How to deal with neighbors who will not communicate
We need to discuss a shared fence line with a neighbor. We have tried to leave polite notes on his door, talk to him if we see him in the neighborhood, and he just does not reply or get back. It’s just OK I’ll let you know and then there is no response. It’s regarding an overgrown tree and shrubs that are just inside his property (but v close to shared fence line) and putting out roots in our yard and causing a mess (overgrown, not been trimmed for 10+ years, and damaging the fence). We have been trying for over a year to resolve the matter. Any suggestions?
We see him all the time sitting in his backyard blasting the same music over and over again. But he refuses to talk to us or other neighbor as well who is affected by the same trees and shrubs.
