We use this ancient receipt printer at work and it's not connecting to the Mpluskassa system, it says: printerstatus: printerK1 - offline. I already disconnected all the cables in the back, turned it off for 5+ minutes, new paper roll, clicked the on off button. It's the Epson M244A TM-T88V.

I want to know if there is something I can do before I start messing with connected devices and MSI. For example where I can download or update the right drivers.
