Dear Binance Team,
I am a citizen of Ukraine. My Binance account has been restricted without the possibility of recovery or further appeal.
I have not violated any Binance rules. I was trading actively and successfully on Binance for several years, generating significant trading volume, including through my main account and sub-accounts. I also participated in the Market Maker program for several years.
After that, I received a notice that my account was restricted. I submitted an appeal in April, but it was rejected, and I was informed that the account restriction is permanent and cannot be reversed.
I respectfully ask Binance to review this decision again and either allow me to continue trading or clearly explain the exact reason for the restriction.
In my account, it says that I was blocked for not providing certain data on time, but no one has explained what data was required. Support also refuses to disclose the reason for the restriction. I believe I have not violated any rules and I am ready to provide any information, documents, or verification Binance may require.
Please give me the opportunity to provide the required information and resolve this matter.
