Is this a band? A PSA? “Black Bear distance project” graphic MTV rock & roll t shirt, mid-2010s.

My reseller homie has this MTV Rock and Roll shirt from maybe 2015 with the graphic “Black Bear Distance Project” on the front. I’ve lensed it and searched all combos of the names, but havent found anything. Does anyone know? Was this a band? A project to keep people from approaching bears? Help solve a t shirt mystery!

What shirt is this? MTV “Black Bear Distance Project”

My man The_vintage_source on Whatnot has this old ass MTv “Black Bear Distance Project” t shirt and I can’t find any info about it. Does anyone know?

I have tried Google Lens and googling “MTv” “Black Bear Distance Project” and “Black Bear Distance Project” to no avail.
