FlexiSpot Bed Frame Not Worth the Delivery and Arriving Damaged Issues
My husband and I ordered a FlexiSpot Japanese joinery bed frame on the FlexiSpot site in March. We were told it would arrive in mid-April but after they randomly pushed back the delivery date 2.5 months to end of June we cancelled and ordered a FlexiSpot bed frame through Amazon.
Bed frame arrived but took 2 hours to assemble with 3 people and required tools instead of taking 20 minutes with no tools.
Also the headboard has a big scratch mark and as much as we tried the support legs under the middle of the frame are loose.
It was so stressful to assemble that it’s not worth it to have to spend 2+ more hours disassembling and repacking and returning it but just pretty disappointing experience.
