
Annoyed
I booked a flight to Orlando a while back for my family of 4, with 2 young kids. The flight gets in fairly late, so I'm eager to get off the plane and to our hotel. I was happy enough with my Choice seat selection of 17A-D. Then out of the blue I get an email - two seats (17C/D) have been reassigned to 23E/F (circled in red), splitting us up. I call customer service, who offer to reseat us in the back: 25A-D (I could have done that myself). I ask if they'd move us up to rows 10-12 as a courtesy? No can do - can't/won't.
Maybe I'm just annoyed, but any suggestions for a remedy? I know I could pay to move up, just like anybody else, but it's more the principle - if you're going to create random inconveniences like that, why not provide a courtesy like that?
Also their website sucks - been 3 days since the reassignment but still shows the old seats on desktop map. Mobile app shows it correctly.
