If i take my step 3 and get my results after September 23rd
How exactly should i reach out to the programs
Should I "gmail" then the Step 3 scores and inform them
Or is it through a different route ?
Hi guys my photo when i check the preview on ERAS has cropped my head ?
How do I correct it ?
Ive followed the exact dimensions as ERAS but my entire ( half ) forehead is cropped

Havent started CCS cases yet will do from tomorrow
Gave my first UWSA which i got 201 ( 57%)
It says High for chance of passing
I havent booked my dates yet since i have a low step 2 score i want to hopefully get atleast 230s
If i revise in next 2 weeks and do uwsa 2 , nbmes and also CCS cases do you think its doable to give within first week of sept
What should i aim for the percentage in uwsa before i book my dates

So before applications open on 23rd and even after , are we allowed to mail the programs
As in to send letter of interest or let them know step 3 score have come
Or does this count as match violation
I sent a program a mail recently asking for their visa sponsorship and they mentioned that all communication needs to take place on ERAS
What does this mean ? Can we send mail through eras and if so is that the way to send letter of interest and step 3 scores ?
So im actually taking Step 3 on Sept 5 and 7
I realise i wont have the scores before 23rd
So if i pay for the usmle Transcript before application
Do i need to pay again for a new Transcript when i get my step 3 scores
Or is it okay if i just mail every program that i got my step 3 scores

Done with OET. Worked on it for like a 2 week just for 1 hour everyday . I was super scared for the Speaking Part lost connection 3 times during the time. 2 times were during the security check and the general questions and once during the first role play . Luckily second concluded without any issue.

Please kindly suggest me how I can find free observerships.
I have spent 1 whole year mailing as many programs as I could but either it was a reply saying they dont provide observership or no reply at all.
What would you guys suggest I do - and not agencies because I do not have the finance for the same.
If anyone has previously done any observership in IMG Friendly Programs if you could kindly point me towards that. I know im asking for a lot since everyone has worked hard and gotten it through their hard work. But Im genuinely at my wits end. Just 1 or 2 observership please if you know any doctor in IMG friendly prpgrams kindly help. Or please advice me on what steps to take.
