97 T4R limited. Doing scheduled maintenance, replace radiator and heater hoses.... notice that transmission cooler hoses to radiator are hard and brittle. Need to replace them. The clamps are cracking the hose. I can cut back to softer hose but I don't really need to buy time. Can sit till its fixed. Any tips or advice?

Will do a drain and filter change on transmission when I replace hoses.
