Does anyone have an inflamed scalp or is it just me? Just wondering if these little details say something about the possible systemic inflamation.

I tried Head and Shoulders, but it does nothing. The only thing that improved my symptoms considerably (CFS from 7-10 to a 3-5 out of 10) and also my scalp inflamation (I literally used to have bloody scabs coming off my scalp at the back of my head), is *keeping a bland gastritis friendly diet for 2 weeks* already. Huge improvement for both.

I also have gastritis with H Pylori. I’m really considering if Mast Cell Activation is somehow at play, my insides & stomach area feel raw, like a burned skin almost, on the inside. I almost never have stomach cramps. I didn’t notice that for years because my exhaustion took the spotlight, but now I notice the raw feeling on the inside, especially when I touch my belly with a cold hand.

I have the wired but tired type of CFS btw.

Does anyone have these skin issues that maybe we think are unrelated but they are?

What are your favorite gastritis friendly foods? I’m already two weeks with this diet, and I’m already bored of eating the same every day. I’m looking for some new ideas!

I’m looking for some new ideas: new ingredients, and ideas how to mix them up.

Does anyone have vision issues during severe flare-ups?(tunnel vision and/or sensitivity to light and high contrast patterns)

I have gastritis, my symptoms are atypical, one of the symptoms being this. Has anyone had this experience? This only happened when I (unknowingly, now, looking bad) flared up my gastritis. At the same time, I had left back pain, between my shoulder blades, which I know, is typical of gastric pain. When I flare badly, vision problems and this type of back pain come back at the same time.
I’m interested if anyone has had vision symptoms.

I was curious how many of you have agitation, especially after eating? A feeling similar to restless legs syndrome, close to akathisia especially when it’s at its worst?

It would help me out a lot if you could answer yes/no, if you relate.

For me this fatigue is not like sleepyness, it’s rather like a neural crash & burn after these noradrenaline attacks suck the life out of me. I have brain fog during, and after these exacerbations. At first I couldn’t sleep for days. Now I can’t sleep for hours and if I manage to fall asleep, it’s like falling into an exhaustion coma almost. These agitation attacks come especially after eating, but also after slight mental/physical effort, or some particular positions while laying in bed.

And I also have a weird feeling tense, diffuse burning ,all over my body, especially from my waist up, my arms, my hands, and in my lips sometimes I have this “pinched” feeling.

After 6 years of suffering with this beast, I have discovered another diagnosis unrelated to CFS that I’ve noticed triggers these flares. I haven’t cured it yet, but I’ve started treatment and I’m curious if my symptoms will dissappear completely, because I’m 50% better after two weeks of taking care of this diagnosis.

*I’m curious if by “fatigue”, we all mean the same thing: 1) is it exhaustion, like your brain simply stops working from energy crashing, your feel like a phone glitching from 1% battery, or 2) is it sleepiness that you feel when you need to drink a coffee? * Also, what is your reaction to coffee?

I would like to keep in touch, here or privately, to explore together this possibility. After I’m cured, in case I’m cured, I’ll make a post and let you know in more detail. If you still want more personal details to my diagnosis, simply private message me. I’m not selling anything, btw, it’s something you can diagnose with your doctor that takes care of you. It’s just a tip to explore this possibility and my experience. After 6 years, I think I’m onto something… I would love to explore it together, and maybe have some specialists take part in a study or something….I can’t be the only one!

TLDR; I have adrenaline attacks that make me exhausted. I suspect I’m a part of a subset of patients that got misdiagnosed and actually have these symptoms from another condition. I was wondering if fatigue for you is severe sleepiness, like you need coffee, or severe brain exhaustion from being wired & tired all the time.

EDIT: you guys have been so nice in the comments and in the pms, that I feel bad postponing my story and my diagnosis. Scroll down and look after my post with lots of 🍎 emojis, in the comments below.

I may make a separate post on this in the following days.
