Balen & Acn3 from Bao & Kata
I'm a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to purchasing from TS. This was actually only my 2nd order and my 1st was still trying to find its way to me (first package was seized 😯).
I'm also not too patient so waiting for an Acn3 and a med Bal City was driving me bonkers. So when the Baobao Kata sale came up I could not help myself.
The sale started on 4/15 and I looked at the catalog right away. Had originally chosen a brown Cel Soft Triomphe and the small black Acn3 Camero. But I also asked about the Bal LeCity in navy blue. Baobao replied right away that the blue was not available but that the red one was really nice.
I decided to go with the red Bal and the Acn3. The Bal was $193.50, Acn3 $209.40. Shipping $50. Confirmed my info and paid same day (4/15).

Arrived 5/9 - and I live in the middle of nowhere where it takes extra time for delivery because we do not have home delivery.
I have not seen an Acn3 in person so cannot say 100% how it compares. I do see mine is firmer but it is so soft I know it will get squishy in no time. It smells fantastic, feels super smooth, and it's shiny in the best way.
I have handled Balens - just this weekend was drooling over several while in Las Vegas celebrating my birthday. This one feels so good! The hardware is a little dark compared to auth but still looks great. The leather is already squishy and smells like it should.
I couldn't be happier. Communication was great. IMO the bags look, feel, and smell amazing. Happy birthday to me!
