i usually only buy boring dark bags, but zion really encouraged me to try something fun for the summer. i was kinda nervous the colorful charm would look childish, but zion patiently sent me styling videos that totally changed my mind.

just opened the box and the creamy color palette is honestly stunning. the pastel print is so subtle and elegant. the colorful charm is actually so unique and gives it a fun vibe without being tacky at all.

the long crossbody strap has a little kink in it from being folded in the shipping box, so i just have it hanging on a doorknob right now to straighten out. seriously grateful for zion's honest advice, i am so in love with this piece!

Alright experts, I’m sure you probably have heard of this debate on and on for years now. But I am constantly searching and I am still in a pickle about it. Just to specifics I am targeting the medium CF in black caviar leather and GHW. Here’s the thing… as much as I want to say fuck it ima go 187 because EVERYONE says it for a reason. But I’ve just been hearing the quality of 187 CF has been going down. Now Im sure some of you seen that one Reddit post ( shout out to her ! ) that did a comparison of her authentic black caviar GHW to 187 vs GOD vs OF vs others…and honestly it really opened my eyes. Here are the prices I’m quoted (from Felix) without shipping:

187 - 560USD
OF - 429
GOD - 414USD

Yeah…that’s a big jump. Now I want to just mention the other reason I am asking about this is because those reviews of comparing the factories with authentic were quite old. New batches of the product comes in whenever and I just want really want to know if anyone has gotten a CF RECENTLY from those factories and if you still think 187 is justifiable. Of course 187 has built its reputation up for quality and closest to authenticity, and the leather to the authentic. But I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to just go and try OF as my first CF rep….

Each factory has a different leather feel. Different gold hard ware from the auth. The stitches are different. MOST THINGS ARE. And just to clarify I am not specifically looking for the CLOSEST TO THE AUTH (I wish lol) because simply 1:1 does not exist. I am looking for quality to price basis.

Let me know what you guys think as well. And I appreciate any advice or comments.

I’m on the hunt for a really, REALLY good Speedy P9 30 in Fig. Not “close enough.” Not “looks great unless you look close.” I want the factory that has actually nailed this bag — especially the color.

I’ve been a little underwhelmed by a couple SAs lately, so rather than asking them, I’m crowdsourcing this time.

Has anyone actually purchased/handled a high-tier /quality P9 in Fig that they were impressed with?

I want to share my experience with Griffin (6572) so others can make an informed decision before ordering.

I ordered what was represented to me as a high-tier Goyard bag. Before it was shipped, I noticed what looked like a problem with the stitching in the QC photos and specifically asked about it. I was sent additional pictures and eventually agreed to have the bag shipped.

Shipping itself was already frustrating. I was initially given a tracking number that didn’t work, and after several messages and explanations about the logistics agent, I finally received a working FedEx tracking number.

When the bag arrived, my original concern was unfortunately correct. The stitching on the leather magnetic charm/buckle was loose, uneven and inconsistent, with an area that looked like it was already coming undone. For something sold as high-tier, I did not consider the workmanship acceptable.

To be fair, Griffin initially responded appropriately and agreed to replace the defective magnetic charm rather than the entire bag. On July 20, Griffin told me: “I will select a new magnetic buckle for you and transport it to you again.”

Then the problems really started.

On July 27, after I followed up, Griffin told me that within two days I would receive pictures of several replacement buckles so I could choose the best one. I never received those pictures.

On August 2, after more follow-ups, Griffin said the factory had supposedly sent the replacement to him the previous day and that he would urge them again.

It is now August 18. I have sent multiple follow-up messages and have received no replacement, no photos, no tracking number, and now no response at all.

I was actually prepared to leave Griffin a positive Reddit review for the customer service because I appreciated that he initially offered to correct the defect. Unfortunately, promising to fix a problem and then disappearing for weeks is not good customer service.

I gave Griffin plenty of time and multiple opportunities to resolve a relatively simple issue. I wasn’t asking for a new bag or making unreasonable demands — I only wanted the defective magnetic charm replaced, exactly as Griffin promised.

Based on my experience, I would not order from Griffin (6572) again and cannot recommend this seller. If you do order, I strongly suggest inspecting every QC photo carefully and not accepting an item when you already see a quality issue, even if you’re told it will be fine.

I have screenshots of the entire conversation and the photos showing the stitching issue.

Does anyone know a rep seller who has this or if this bag is available? I saw someone on instagram wearing and it’s so cute! I’m a sucker for lily pads and flowers!

UPDATE: my bumbag finally arrived today!!💃🏽💃🏽 and it looks amazingssss!!

I did a comparison with my sisters auth and let me tell youuuu Peter did an amazing job!

The only difference with the inspired one is the gold hardware is not as heavy as the auth. You can definitely feel the difference! Its not plastic but it feels very light in comparison.

Then the actual canvas which is soft and smooth on the rep and slightly thinner which I came to expect from a few other reviews. The auths canvas is much thicker and rough in texture. I also compared it to my auth speedy which looks almost identical to the eye but again the feel of the canvas is quite different

this is my first rep back of an actual seller from reddit. i have bought reps on my turkey holiday trips and once off dhgate as well but obviously the quality was horrible all the time. this time i decided to give the sellers from here a try since i really really wanted this bag. i was considering getting it second hand until i realized that it was going for 600€+….for a bag in horrible condition?? which is insane to me. especially since it’s mostly canvas!

so i decided to get it from jack.

so the total process was 10 days. which is very fast but then i realized the label said it was shipped within europe. i’m guessing they might have warehouses close by?

jack is super super nice! he answered insanely fast and honestly his collection of bags is huge. i somehow wasn’t aware they also make reps of old bags, though the baguette is a very classic style.

only thing that was offputting was the typical factory smell that hit me once i opened the package. it’s not too bad. i let it air out for an hour and now it’s basically gone.

so far i am super happy! as far as i have checked it also seems to be a damn near perfect replica. though i wouldn’t be too sad if you guys don’t agree, i’m just happy to have saved 600€!! lol

Wanted to give a quick review as seen a lot of people on various threads here going for Jing for these bags but I wanted to try a different factory and this one is from Bibi.

I have auth for these bags (not this particular one) and interestingly the leather on this is very supple and soft. The auths are slightly stiffer so I will need to see how it holds up after more uses! That being said the structure of the bag is well made and I am really happy with how this looks and the hardware looks way better irl than in PSPs!

Only thing I will say is I was hoping this would land closer to the red but this is more burgundy - but honestly this bag gives different shades of red against different lighting so it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

i had been wanting a large capacity bag for so long because running errands on the weekends means i need to stuff so much in there. i told zion what i needed and they were super attentive, comparing the weight and capacity of several big bags for me. the whole process felt like chatting with a friend, zero pressure to buy.

the bag just landed today and the feel of this perforated leather is unreal, it's so soft yet substantial. the dark inner lining contrasts beautifully with the nude exterior. the capacity is so huge you could almost use it as a weekender.

since it's brand new, the leather still has that slight factory stiffness, so it might take a few wears to get that perfect relaxed slouch going. i am 100% satisfied with this shopping experience, zion's service definitely makes me want to come back.
