Hey all,

Question. I don't understand why sometimes when I reply to a comment I can tag the person, or they are automatically tagged when I hit reply and then other times I can not.

I can't seem to ever tag a person in Studio when I reply to comments, and most of the time it seems to tag the person when I reply in youtube itself through the notifications drop down.

I would greatly appreciate your insight, because when I google it tells me to use @, but that doesn't work.
