Just an update after burning 3 bags of bedding over the past week. I have zero complaints. Ash seems equivalent, possibly less than the Northern Max I'm used to burning. No clinkers. Heat is great. That being said, will I buy 3 tons of bedding pellets this fall? Probably not, but it's nice to know there are alternatives after the normal heating season ends and local stores stop carrying wood pellets.

Chilly, damp morning here in upstate NY. The box stores are done carrying pellets so TS brand horse bedding it is. 100% pine is a far cry from the Northern Max I usually burn but I can complain. It will be interesting to see how much ash they produce.
