Hi guys, losing my mind here

Just got my X4, trying to flash crosspoint onto the device, but chrome keeps throwing the "no compatible devices found". I've tried like 4 different cables, including a specialised braided cable, and an original apple cable and Samsung cable. Still the same problem. Please help
