Unable to login or reset password
I have an older account with books on it. Today I’m trying to access it but it won’t let me login and when I reset password, it wants to me contact Customer Support.
However, customer support links are an endless loop of KB articles that mention nothing about this situation. How do I contact support?
Super frustrated please help.
