Hello,

I’m relatively new to the blue collar world. I 32F am having an issue with a supervisor. He is basically trying to get me fired and isolate me from the crew. Anything I do is criticized by him when I am not around and says that I am trying to make other crew members look bad he even asks others what I am doing on my days off/ sick days.

I am about ready to go to HR but not sure if going would help.

Looking for any advice from someone who has personal experience.

I am a single mom, no father in the picture.

Just wondering what others in similar situations have done regarding Father’s Day. Specifically school projects.

Additional information: Grandfather and Uncles are uninterested in being roll models.
