Experiencing significant packet loss and disconnects over last few days

My WAN uptime is reporting at 85% for the last 24hours. I've also had an increased amount of packet loss for the last few days. This is interrupting my ability to work from home.

There was an outage that was communicated yesterday during the day. But after restoration, I am still dealing with significant latency and packet loss. There are also complete disconnects at points throughout the day. I don't think that this is a local router issue, it seems to be stemming from the WAN connection.
