Okay so like 7 years ago I followed a tutorial to set up a shortcut on my PC for "Move closest Measure Grid Line to mouse cursor (perform until shortcut released)"

The shortcut is Ctrl+Alt+Leftclick on Ruler. I'm trying to set up the same thing on a new PC, but I can't figure out how. The Action list doesn't let me assign Ctrl+Alt+Leftclick as an Action at all, and it doesn't even show this in my list as an Action anyway. History shows that using that shortcut is indeed invoking the SWS Action.

I can no longer find the tutorial I followed way back when.
Old PC was Windows, new one is Linux, if that matters.
