Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has dealt with this recently.

I’ve had a Binance account for years, originally registered as a foreign user (outside of Canada). However, I’ve been living in/accessing my account from Canada for a while now.

I just received an email/notification titled: "[Binance] Action Required within 21 days to avoid Account Restriction - Request for Information - Country of Residence."

The specific question they are asking is: "Have you accessed your account from Canada? Yes or No."

I’m worried that:

If I say Yes, they will immediately freeze my ability to trade and give me a deadline to withdraw my funds (as Binance has officially exited Canada).
If I say No, they might flag me for lying since they obviously have my IP login history.

Has anyone else received this message recently? * If you answered "Yes," what happened to your account?

Did you have enough time to move your assets?
Is there any way to keep the account active, or is it game over for Canadian residents?
